Appreciation of Support from Philipose Family
Generosity makes a difference in our community! We’re grateful for recent financial support from Ken & Leela Philipose towards the Closer To Home campaign. To date, they have provided approx. $40,000 to support furniture for the 96-bed Long-Term Care Home and will be honoured in the new home on the Donor Wall at the Silver level, as well as in the Art Gallery with the text: "In-Honour of Ken & Leela Philipose". They had this to say:
“Of all the various attractions our town has to offer, we are most grateful for Deep River and District Health and its caring staff. We are really excited about the 96-bed Long Term Care home under construction in Deep River. We believe that this home is essential to take care of our aging community. This new Long Term Care Home will give the people who love living here, the option to continue living in this beautiful town. This is why we are committed to support the DRDH financially and otherwise and be part of the donor group.”
The Closer To Home campaign is currently at 91% completion, which means that $225,000 is still required to furnish and equip the new Four Seasons Lodge Long-Term Care Home. If you would like to support this campaign in the final push, please contact the Foundation and speak to us today.
