On September 15th, 2025, the Deep River & District Health Foundation proudly announced that the Closer To Home campaign had achieved its initial goal of $2.5 million, marking a significant milestone in our community. As of today, the campaign continues to gain momentum, with total donations now standing at an impressive $2.7 million and still climbing. We will continue to accept funds for this campaign until further notice.

To celebrate this remarkable success and to thank everyone who contributed, a celebration gala was held on October 4^th at Deep River’s Hexagon. The event was attended by many of our donors, dedicated sponsors, and some of Deep River & District Health’s hardworking team members. It was a memorable evening filled with gratitude and excitement for the future.

This extraordinary achievement highlights the strong community support behind the vision of Deep River & District Health and will undoubtedly propel us toward accomplishing even greater goals in the future.
