Rules and Regulations of the Dip To Donate Polar Plunge

• All dippers must sign a waiver on the day of the dip - those under 18 years of age must have parental signature
• Dippers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the dip
• All dippers must have footwear on at time of dip - water shoes, or an old pair of sneakers is fine
• All dippers must cover their heads with a winter hat and NOT dunk the head
• Please refrain from consuming alcohol prior to the dip
• A lifeguard will be onsite during the dip

Suggestions and Warnings

• Anyone with previously existing heart, blood pressure, or breathing issues should not partake in the dip
• We strongly recommend you consult with your family physician before doing a polar dip
• Extreme temperature changes can be hard on the body, please be aware of your own limits and do not dip if you are concerned, even if you have registered.
