Rules and Regulations of the Dip To Donate Polar Plunge

All dippers must sign a waiver on the day of the dip unless completed online - those under 18 years of age must have parental signature
Dippers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the dip
All dippers must have footwear on at time of dip - water shoes, or an old pair of sneakers is fine
It is recommended dippers cover their head with a warm hat and not dunk the head
Please refrain from consuming alcohol prior to the dip

Suggestions and Warnings

Anyone with previously existing heart, blood pressure, or breathing issues should not partake in the dip
We strongly recommend you consult with your family physician before doing a polar dip
Extreme temperature changes can be hard on the body, please be aware of your own limits and do not dip if you are concerned
