Connection changes everything!
For current residents of the Four Seasons Lodge at Deep River & District Health, and for future residents of our new 96-bed Lodge, getting out into the communith - or even getting to important appointments - can be a challenge without accessible transportation. Too often, limited mobility leads to isolation and decreases the quality of life. Get On Board: Connecting Community was created to change that.

Campaign Overview
This campaign will raise $750,000 to purchase and operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles to support our residents in staying active, engaged, and connected to their community. These vehicles will make it possible for people to safely attend medical appointments, participate in recreational and social programs, and continue to feel part of the community they know and love.
While the vehicles are initially to serve the residents of the Four Sesasons Lodge, they also hold the potential to strengthen connections and provide support beyond long-term care. Where feasible, these vehicles could help reduce barriers for others in our community, extending the impact of your generosity even further.
Your support helps turn transportation into opportunity. By giving to this campaign, you are investing in dignity, inclusion, and the simple but powerful ability to stay connected.
Together, we can ensure mobility is not a barrier to belonging - and that no one is left behind.
