Sponsor Run For Home 2025
Run For Home is returning for 2025 and you can be apart of it! Last year, this event attracted 290 official registrants and uncounted numbers of spectators. Runners, walkers, bikers, and movers came from across the Ottawa Valley and beyond to attend, and plenty of community attention was directed at the event. We anticipate an even larger turnout for Run For Home 2025, and excitement for this event is already quite high.
Sponsorship dollars will go towards the expenses of hosting Run For Home with the overall goal of supporting the $2.5M Closer To Home campaign to furnish and equip the new 96-Bed Long-Term Care home currently under construction at Deep River & District Health. This new home, tentatively called the Four Seasons Lodge, will provide a significant reduction in the long-term care waitlist. The home will also employ 200 people with roughly $5M in annual wages going into the community. This project will transform healthcare in North Renfrew.
