Dip To Donate Polar Plunge Sponsorship

Dip to Donate Polar Plunge is a new event designed to get the community involved while raising funds for a great cause. Individuals can register, set a fundraising goal, and then plunge into the icy waters of the Ottawa River in the name of good fun! Teams can nominate someone they want to send into the frigid waters, set a fundraising goal, and if that goal is met, their nominee has to take the POLAR PLUNGE! We also hope to offer some fun activities on the campus behind Centennial Rock that the whole family can enjoy.

Polar bear dips are very popular in Canada and we anticipate a high volume of participants as well as spectators and we would love you to be a part of it!

All sponsorship dollars will go towards the expenses of hosting the Dip to Donate Polar Plunge with the overall goal of supporting the $2.5M Closer To Home campaign to build a 96-Bed Long-Term Care home at the Deep River & District Health. This new home, tentatively called the Four Seasons Lodge, will provide a significant reduction in the long-term care waitlist. The home will also employ 200 people with roughly $5M in annual wages going into the community. This project will transform healthcare in North Renfrew!
