Individual Dippers

Getting family & friends to sponsor you to take the polar plunge is a great way to get involved in the community and have a little fun at the same time all while raising money for a good cause!

• Register as an individual
• Set your fundraising goal
• Create your fundraising page using our easy to follow guide
• Get family, friends, and anyone you can to donate to see you take the plunge
• Donations can be made directly through your fundraising page online - you can also collect cash* donations, and cheques (made out to DRDH Foundation), but you will have to hand deliver those to the foundation prior to the 6th of December

        *Cash donations will not receive a tax receipt                                                                                    

Teams

Is there someone you would like to send into the icy waters of the Ottawa River? Perhaps it's your boss, or your little brother! Get a team together and raise money to see them take the polar plunge.

• Nominate your dipper - make sure they are on board
• Set your team fundraising goal
• Your goal must be met otherwise your dipper does NOT have to take the plunge
• If your goal is met or exceeded, your dipper can MATCH what you have raised to avoid the plunge
• Register your team - one person from the group registers online with the team name and identifies the nominated dipper
• Create your team's fundraising page using our easy to follow guide
• Donations can be made directly through your fundraising page online - you can also collect cash* donations, and cheques (made out to DRDH Foundation), but you will have to hand deliver those to the foundation prior to the 6th of December
