If you are purchasing a ticket for yourself, please provide your full name for the seating chart.

If you are purchasing multiple tickets or a full table, please provide the full names of your guests if you know them. If not, you can always contact us later to provide that information by emailing foundation@drdh.org

If you or anyone in your party have food allergies or intolerances, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them. 

If you are purchasing a single ticket and would like to sit with someone else you know is coming, please let us know.
