Golf with a Purpose for the Closer To Home Campaign

Welcome to the online registration page for the 24th Annual Deep River & District Health Foundation Golf Tournament, a day of golf, camaraderie, and community that is far more than just good times on the green. 

This year, we are golfing in support of the Get On Board: Connecting Community campaign. This initiative aims to raise enough funds to purchase several accessible vehicles for the Four Seasons Lodge Long-Term Care Home at Deep River & District Health. As you know, our LTC home will be expanding from the current 14 bed home, to a new 96-bed home in 2027. Safe and accessible transportation is a vital part of longevity, and quality of life for our loved ones. Participating in the golf tournament is a great way to support this!

Tournament Information

• Date: Thursday, August 27th from 11:30AM to 8:00PM
• Location: The beautiful Deep River Golf Course at 16 McElligott Drive
• 18-hole Shotgun Scramble tournament
• Cash bar and beverage cart
• Auction
• Door prizes
• Incredible dinner provided by The Turn restaurant

Registration Instructions (Please Read)

You can register either by team (one person fills in the information and pays) or individually. Please note to receive an official tax receipt for your donation you must register individually. Those who register as a team, the person paying will receive the receipt for the total amount.

There is a minimum registration donation of $125/person. A tax receipt will be issued at the end of the tax year for any amount exceeding the fair market value of this event. You are of course encouraged to donate as much as you can upon registration as it is going to a wonderful cause.
